2 Day Professional Receptionist Course

Course Objectives

The course is designed to be an extensive and thorough way of learning what qualities are required to become a Professional Receptionist. It covers all the skills required to ensure you think, act, deliver and conduct yourself as a Professional Receptionist.

You will also gain the valuable skills in how to conduct yourself confidently at a Receptionist interview. The course is an energetic and an informative lesson in building relationships and getting noticed.

Successful candidates will earn an accreditation in Receptionist aptitude. This endorsement can enable us to help promote and support you in your search to find employment and you may be given an introduction to a selection of London’s top recruitment agencies. Your trainer will assist you with reviewing your CV and provide you with any employment references you may need.
